We are a diverse and inclusive team who cares deeply about the impact we make on someone's path to recovery. But we can only fulfill our mission by taking care of each other first. Meet @Courtney Matto, our Vice President of Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) Services. With five years under her belt, Courtney joined CCBC because of our comprehensive service options and the welcoming, family-like environment. She says:
"Every day feels more like a home away from home; colleagues care about each other, motivate and empower one another. You can feel the team culture in the room."
What Courtney values most about CCBC as an employer is the flexibility and support provided for both her professional and family life:
"In my roles at CCBC, I've reported to executive management and have been given the flexibility to grow my programs and put my mark on them while also having support just a phone call away."
Courtney is particularly proud of the staff growth and development she's witnessed. She frequently reaches out to other programs for information and support to benefit clients, often hearing the voices of former interns or colleagues who have grown and established themselves in the field.
"It's been very rewarding to see co-workers grow, develop their skills, and establish themselves not only in the field but here at CCBC."
One unique aspect of CCBC that Courtney appreciates is the great benefits, flexibility, and opportunities for career growth. At the same time, her leadership has enabled others to grow. She leads with transparency and isn't afraid to ask the difficult questions or challenge her team to take on tough paths, ensuring they receive support every step of the way.

Proud to be a partner
What I love the most about CCBC is my work environment, my coworkers, my supervisors, my location and there is a chance for job advancement. I love helping my clients to be the best they can be when they are not feeling confident about themselves. This is such a rewarding job and this place treats you like your family. I receive praise and I never received that at other jobs in this field.
—Dawn M., Clinician; 4+ years at CCBC
I love being a part of a team and the support I get on my team. There's humor and an inviting environment with the knowing that we all get it. I've also appreciated the opportunity to climb up the ladder, as I started off as a TM/TT&S then became a clinician and now a supervisor. I love the flexibility this job has offered. I also love how open minded the agency is and willing to make necessary changes to continue to improve.
—Jessica A., Clinician; 10+ years at CCBC
The colleagues who I have made connections with through the years, and have remained friends with since. They are top notch, high quality individuals and clinicians.
